When you consent to POC Radios’ SMS/text messaging and automated calling program, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders, service updates) and automated sales or support phone calls to the mobile telephone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Program Details: Message frequency varies. We reserve the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. We also reserve the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent and we will notify you when we do so.

• Opt-Out & Cancellation: You may opt out of the text messaging program at any time. Reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. After texting "STOP", you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed. You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the "STOP" keyword command and agree that POC Radios and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests.

These Community Guidelines help maintain respectful, relevant and welcoming discussions on POC Radios’ social media pages (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube). By interacting with our pages, you agree to comply with these Guidelines, the applicable platform’s terms and policies, and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access, including by hiding or deleting comments, limiting features, or blocking users, in accordance with this policy.

Standards of Conduct

We encourage questions, feedback and constructive discussion. To protect our community and brand, the following conduct is not permitted and may result in content removal and/or account restrictions, up to and including blocking:

Moderation Measures

Reporting And Appeals

All users must comply with the applicable platform’s terms and community standards. Where this Policy conflicts with the platform’s terms, the platform’s terms control. While we may moderate our pages, we are not responsible for user-generated content and do not undertake an obligation to monitor all activity.
